BEFORE BOOKING PLEASE NOTE: There are a few requirements that you should be aware of when renting our 30' x 30' frame tent. 

• For tent staking: Our tent stakes go into the ground 37" -  45". We require a line locate and for you to let us know if there are any underground sprinklers (or anything at all underground where we will be hammering in the stakes). We will require you to send us confirmation that we are cleared to stake the tent in your requested area. (This may take up to 3 Business days to get them to come). Additionally, you will have to sign a form that states we are not responsible for anything that may be damaged in the area cleared for our tent install.
• For tent ballasting with cement weights: this tent is able to be installed on hard surfaces such as cement, asphalt etc. In this case, 500lb cement block will be used to ballast the tent at each pole location. The tent will need adequate space surrounding the perimeter. 

• The tent area will require a clear flat 50' x 50' freshly mowed grass area, free of debris and obstructions to safely install this tent.

• The area where the tent is being installed must be level -The tent height is 18' at its highest point and will require the space to be completely free of tree branches, power lines or any other obstructions.

• The 4 corners of the tent area will have to be pre marked upon our arrival so we know exactly where the tent will go (it can be marked with spray paint (white spray paint only) or household items).

• We also require direct driving access up to the tent setup area.

• This tent will only be installed and taken down on days with decent weather (sometimes we will have to setup a day or 2 early or take down, or a day or 2 late to allow tent to properly dry. If this occurs, we may setup the tent one day and come back the day before your event to drop the remaining rental items.
